A low impact workout with a sound bath. lets ground our energy, connect with our breath and heal on all levels!.

We will do some deep breathing energy cleansing, mat pilates moves, and some sound healing.

It’s my Bday edition so we will do all my favorite exercises for the core, arms, and booty.
