Join me Sunday 10/27 at 11am for Soulates! Pilates for the Soul!! A low impact workout with a sound bath. lets ground our energy, connect with our breath and heal on all levels!.
We will do some deep breathing energy cleansing, mat pilates moves, and some sound healing to raise our vibration on all levels!
